01. What is AVA?

AVA assists Accounting Pros and CFOs plan, manage and predict cashflow to help their clients find opportunities, manage risk and grow.

02. Can I access AVA on my mobile phone or tablet?

Yes, AVA is a fully cloud-based system and you can access it from an Internet-enabled phone, tablet, or desktop/laptop computer and multiple users can work on it simultaneously.

03. What is the Cloud?

The cloud is a secure platform to make data and software accessible online, anytime, anywhere from any device. AVA was built-in the cloud and with AVA all you need is an Internet connection to access financial data. AVA automatically releases upgrades so when you access the product you are always using the most up-to-date version there's no business downtime or costs associated with upgrades.

04. Can I access AVA offline?

No,  it is a cloud-based SaaS tool, requires internet to access functionalities. 

05. Is AVA easy to use?

Yes, it is very easy to use software and is designed to be user friendly even if you do not have an accounting background.

03. Where's my data held?

Similar to many SaaS providers we use atop tier 3rd party data hosting provider [insert host name] with servers located in Australia and the UK. To host our online and mobile services we put in place appropriate safeguards in line with the law when personal data is hosted or processed outside of the European economic area. 04. What terms apply to my use of AVA?

When you sign up to AVA you will be asked to accept our terms of use and privacy notice available at Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you sign up for a free trial or during the promotion you will also be asked to accept our offer details.

05. What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription the data in that subscription will be archived and held in the AVA platform in accordance with our data retention policy.

06. Can I download a copy of my data?

Yes, you can export your data from AVA at any time.

07. How do I reset my password or recover my user ID?

You can reset your password by the forgot your password link on the login page.

01. How can I invite others into my organisation?

Once you set up your business in AVA easy to invite a user simply select the staff tab in my AVA then click invite staff.

02. Can multiple users access my AVA company file at the same time?

Yes, any number of users can simultaneously access and work on AVA.

03. Does AVA integrate with other apps?

Yes, AVA is developed to have an ecosystem of over [ number of apps - updating soon] apps allowing data to flow seamlessly to AVA.

04. Do I get support?

With AVA you get free unlimited support 24x7 from our customer support team. When you're looking for answers start by searching in AVA central then if you still have questions use the get in touch button at the bottom of any support article AVA provides on-site setup assistance

01. Does AVA offer a trial, and how do I signup?

Yes, sign up for a free here.

02. Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up for a free trial?

No, you just need to provide your name email address and a phone number [We ask for a phone number so that we can get in touch with you directly to help you get started on AVA].

03. What happens at the end of my free trial?

If you choose to continue using AVA after your trial you will be asked to add your billing information and will be billed monthly from that point, if you choose not to continue using AVA you may delete your organisation in my AVA section.

04. Does my free trial include access to all features?

Yes, even features like [features list- updating soon]

05. Are there any setup fees?

No, there are no hidden costs.

06. How do I cancel AVA if I decide isn't right for me?

You can cancel your subscription your plan at any time by giving one month's notice from within your AVA account you'll still need to pay all relevant subscription fees up to and including the day of termination. You can also cancel the free trial at any time from within your AVA account after you cancel your trial subscription you won't be able to access the organisation so we recommend you export your data out first.

07. Is there a minimum subscription?

No, you can cancel your subscription at any time by giving one month's notice.

01. Will I receive marketing emails from AVA?

With your permission we will send you marketing emails from time to time these will primarily be informing you about upcoming events new products and special offers that could benefit your practice. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in your latest marketing email. When it comes to marketing communications you can ask us not to send you these at any time just follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communication account settings.

02. How do I subscribe if I decide that AVA is right for me?

It's easy to upgrade from a trial to a subscription with just a few clicks from within your AVA account all your data will remain in place.
